DeepCoding Ltd. (referred to as “DeepCoding”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Notice) offers a cloud based platform for providing insights and metrics on efficiency and productivity to help you improve project management and internal processes in your business. (the “Services”).

This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice” or “Notice”) explains how we treat Personal Data that is transferred to us in the course of our provision of the Services. “You” refers to the company or business entity using the Services.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When you use the Services, we collect data that is stored on your systems for the purpose of providing you with an analysis of your business activities. Such data may contain information on your employees or other personnel from which such persons can be identified, including their first and last name, username, email address, the fact that they are employed with you, work tasks assigned to them, time spent on such tasks, progress made and attendance (“Personal Data”).

We collect Personal Data to provide you with a detailed analysis of the performance of your team and team members and to help you improve team efficiency and productivity and task allocation among your personnel.

How we handle Personal Data

When we collect Personal Data, we act as a data processor and you act as a data controller. Accordingly, we process Personal Data only in accordance with your instructions (specifically, your instruction that we process personal data for providing the Services to you).We do not use Personal Data for any other purposes other than for the provision of the Services to you.

As we are a cloud based platform, we store Personal Data that is collected in the course of the Services on third party storage providers, such as Google Cloud. We do not share Personal Data with other third parties unless you give us express permission for us to do so.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent Personal Data from accidental or unlawful loss, use, alteration or disclosure. We limit access to your Personal Data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a need to know. We require them to only process Personal Data on our instructions and as allowed by applicable law.

We further offer an option for encrypting Personal Data provided to us as part of the Services. You may also choose to independently encrypt Personal Data, prior to providing it to us. We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to provide the Services. Upon the termination of the Services, we will delete all records of Personal Data that was collected by us in the course of the Services.
